If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item/s within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the original payment.
Once we receive the product(s) and, if appropriate, any packaging, the payment will be credited back to the card account within two weeks. Please note that your bank may take 14 days to credit your account. We are not responsible for any bank charges you incur during the refund process.
Return costs
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it, worn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
No restocking fee (we charge no fee on stock items if returned within 30 days of receipt).
To initiate a return, you can contact us at admin@aurocn.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.
